Ultralife recently participated in NIE 13.1 evaluations at Ft. Bliss, Texas. This was a 4 week long event led by the US Army end-users. The purpose of sending Ultralife products to NIE was to evaluate the equipment for operational readiness by warfighters in a practical use-case environment.
The products assessed were the UB0032, a primary UBI-5390 extended capacity CFx battery, the UB0031, a primary UBI-5390 small format CFx battery, the UBBL36, a rechargeable small format UBI-2590 battery, and the URG0002, 3kW single-phase GenSet Eliminator, an energy storage unit.
