Our R&D, new product development, applications engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, etc. teams are optimized to serve and scale with our global customer base.
That customer base includes top tier companies in the defense, medical and oil & gas sub-markets with applications ranging from autonomous underwater vehicles to surgical drills and measurement while drilling.
Our Facilities
High performance sites in key regions globally
Ultralife Newark
The Newark, NY site is Ultralife’s headquarters. It is a 280,000 sq ft manufacturing and office space facility, and is ISO 13485 and 9001 certified. The manufacturing space is dedicated to high volume lithium cell production, standard and custom pack assembly, and charger production. This location also has facility clearance with the US government.
Ultralife Virginia Beach
The Virginia Beach, VA site is the home of Ultralife’s Communications Systems division. It is a 34,000 sq ft manufacturing and office space, and ISO 9001 certified. The manufacturing space is dedicated to lower volume stand and custom product builds as well as customization/ruggedization project work for customers looking to expand into industrial and defense markets. The location also has facility clearance with the US government.
Ultralife Raynham
The Raynham, MA site is a custom-built facility designed to manufacture thionyl chloride cells. It is a 96,000 sq ft manufacturing and office space facility, and is ISO 9001 certified. The manufacturing space is dedicated to high volume thionyl chloride cell production.
Ultralife Houston
The Houston, TX site is a 700,000 sq ft manufacturing and office space facility, and is ISO 13485 and 9001 certified. The manufacturing space is dedicated to low and high volume pack assembly for multiple markets, with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas market, Medical markets, and Sub Sea.
Ultralife Canada
The Surrey, BC Canada site is a 10,000 sq ft facility assembling packs for industrial, medical, government & defense, and Oil & Gas markets.
Ultralife UK
The Staffordshire, UK site is a 25,000 sq ft manufacturing and office space facility, and is ISO 13485 certified. The manufacturing space is dedicated to low and high volume pack assembly, with extensive experience in the Medical market.
Ultralife China
The Shenzhen, China site is a 97,000 sq ft manufacturing, dorm and office space facility, and is ISO 13485, 9001 and 14001 certified. The manufacturing space is dedicated to high volume lithium cell production and pack assembly. The site is considered a high-tech business, is highly automated and also is a sourcing arm for global operations.
Ultralife India
The Bangalore, India site is a 11,000 sq foot manufacturing and office space building dedicated to pack assembly. The site also serves as a new product development / engineering center.
