Standard MWD & LWD Battery Packs

In addition to custom-engineered solutions, Ultralife offers a range of proven battery packs designed for MWD, LWD, and related downhole applications. Standard configurations are available for many of the industry’s most widely used platforms.

  • Available in multiple configurations with nominal voltages from 14.4V to 36V, capacities from 15Ah to 58Ah, and energy ratings from 540Wh to 1,044Wh.
  • Designed for Measurement While Drilling (MWD) and related downhole oil and gas applications, utilizing high-temperature lithium battery technologies capable of operating in environments up to +165°C (product dependent).
  • Compatible with a range of industry platforms including APS, Tensor, Bluestar, EvoOne, Applied Physics, and Extreme Engineering systems.
  • Available with Criterion™ CR5 battery monitoring technology, providing enhanced visibility into battery usage and downhole operating conditions (product dependent).
