ER Generation X products

  • Choose between high rate cells that offer high continuous/pulse current Amp load capability at lower Ah capacity or low rate cells that offer higher Amp hour capacity but lower Amp current rating.
  • Differing cell sizes and rates meet many application needs.
  • ULTRALIFE’s ER Generation X family of Lithium Thionyl Chloride cells offer a high energy density of more than 400 Whr/Kg.
  • ER Cylindrical cells have a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
  • Designed with safety in mind, all cells utilize a non-flammable electrolyte, and select models include integrated PTC short-circuit protection for added safety.
  • Certified to recognized safety and transportation standards, with select cells meeting UL 1642 and UN 38.3 requirements.
  • Technician-replaceable cells simplify maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • For bespoke applications with higher voltage or capacity needs, our engineers can integrate ULTRALIFE’s ER Cylindrical cells into battery packs (contact us for details).
