CR Cylindrical (LiMnO2) products

  • ULTRALIFE’s cylindrical-shaped, non-rechargeable 3.0V Lithium Manganese Dioxide (LiMnO2) cells offer excellent temperature characteristics, a flat discharge curve, and a hermetically sealed nickel-plated steel container for long-term shelf life.
  • These attributes make them perfect for applications where high currents are required after long periods of inactivity.
  • A broad portfolio of nearly 30 battery configurations offers energy capacities from 2.3 to 39.0 Wh, with most models designed to perform in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +72°C.
  • CR123A cells meet UL 1642 and UN 38.3 requirements for safety and transport, and a wide range of other cells are UL Component Recognized.
  • Select cell models incorporate a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) device that helps limit current flow during short-circuit conditions, enhancing safety and system protection.
  • For bespoke applications with higher voltage or capacity needs, our engineers can integrate ULTRALIFE’s CR Cylindrical cells into battery packs (contact us for details).
